hey hey!

my name is rosa and i am so stoked to gather together + cheer eachother on!

whether it’s been learning something new, sharing some know-how or helping people with yarn, fabric or projects, i am grateful to have been a part of various craft communities in the toronto area for about 25 years.

when i was a kid i hung out at my grandmother’s house daily. after lunch, i watched as she took some quiet time to herself, sitting on the edge of her bed to make, mend or alter a little something with a needle and thread. imagining a little change and making it happen…

with the love of my family and friends, i continue to pursue an array of interests, keeping a creative way of being close at hand… pursuing the practice of practising… skills shown by generous folks, taking some time to share their curiosity.
